Ster kinekor going to the dogs

I bought a ticket online at ster kinekor the grove And upon arriving we were going to pick drinks (online doesnt offer the option for drinks only) we decided to get our drinks at the branch

Ster kinekor the grove now informs me that they do not accept capitec cards as payment And also you guys dont take cash so i couldnt just go and draw cash And the manager just shrugged her shoulders as she does not have an answer for me

Really really frustring service and really a big dissapointing night at ster kinekor the grove.

You guys seriously need to get your act together You are losing customers I want a full refund.
