Ster Kinekor George Garden Route Mall

Service was very poor. Where to stand in line to purchase refreshments, or which counters are open are not clearly marked so the staff are rude by ignoring customers. The way they work as if they don't really want to work and how they treat customers indicates poor management. It would be great if head office could send someone to inspect the way the Garden Route Mall operates, its a black mark on a name of a company that has a good name in most other cities.
