Ster kinekor gateway safety concern / poor management

Visited the Gateway ster-kinekor cinema on sunday 28/10.. After the movie my wife and I along with a few friends walked out the cinema and down the ramp.. I walked down first and slipped and fell quiet hard flat on my back as a result of the floor being wet and no caution signs were put up. The cleaner on duty refused to call anyone he stated there was no manager available. I was assisted by a shift supervisor Kyle Reddy, who promised I would be contacted by management today. That was at 10pm last night.. I am yet to receive that call. Due to the negligence of the staff I am suffering with severe back pains as I was previously injured on my back. NO CALL? NO CARE? Disgusted by the way this is being handled. Tried calling and messaging Anil (manager) from stern kinekor and we received no response.
