Ster-Kinekor Gateway

My girlfriend and I went to the movies on 01 May 2021 to Ster-Kinekor Gateway. We were appalled at how stale the popcorn was and how unfriendly the staff was when we told them. This is not the first time we experienced this, the were a lot of times that we had been given stale popcorn. This is extremely frustrating, and we pay a lot for popcorn. Also the staff need to be more friendly and accommodating. If they cannot give us fresh popcorn then they need to change their rules and allow us to bring our own. We will not be supporting Ster-Kinekor Gateway in the future.
