Ster-Kinekor Fourways

I can not believe the bad service I got from the Ster-Kinekor at Fourways Mall. I had been looking forward for a while to watch the Kingsman movie and was so disappointed in the incompetence and bad attitude from the manager and staff .Firstly ... I waited for more than a halfback an hour to watch the movie . Someone had to remind them that we were actually waiting for the movie to start ( and no adds playing in the meantime, just a dark cinema) . Close to the end of the movie we were in the dark again and the movie just stopped . We didn’t get to watch the rest of our movie and couldn’t risk waiting another half an hour or another incident. What really upsets me isn’t that the manager didn’t seem to care and did not even apologize for what happened instead she said that this happens regularly and could not refund anyone for any inconvenience caused by them . I have to wonder if this is the new way Ster-Kinekor conducts business......or is this an isolated incident and if so , will it be dealt with or ignored . I really would not recommend anyone go to the fourways Ster-Kinekor . I have seen bad service but this was by far the worst . !!!! If I could give them a zero rating , I would .
