Ster-kinekor, Eastgate. Terrible service, subjective treatment.

On the 27th of July siter-inlaw, Wife and I went to the movies at Ster-kinekor, Eastgate. There was two long queues, one for glasses and the other for refreshments. After you queue for glasses then you need to stand in the other, its absolutely ridiculous especially because there is no signage or anything, except two large 'collect here' signs. So you don't know ypu need to queue again until its to late. The worst part is that the tellers give preferential treatment to people who complain and what seemed like people who coaxed them into giving them refreshments. I asked the teller if he can assist me he said no I must go to the other queue then helped the people after me. Ster-kinekor Eastgate, your customer service is terrible.
