Ster-Kinekor Eastgate a Prestige disappointment

<p>very disappointed in Eastgate Ster-Kinekor!!!!! I booked online for cinema prestige then on arrival we were told the cinema is facing audio problems, but we can still watch the movie as it is not as bad! When we got into the movie there was a VERY noticeable feedback constantly! Then we went out and spoke to management and got told we could watch the normal 2D version and come watch another movie at a later time. So we agreed we would watch the 2D movie.</p> <p> </p> <p>we were then told they booked us tickets for the 2D movie later, so I had to spend 2hrs in the mall waiting for the movie.</p> <p> </p> <p>then when I got into the movie finally, 10mins later 2 people came and said no they booked the seats! I mean c'mon!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>So I could not watch any movie today!!!! This is really bad service and bad management!!!! Time and money wasted! </p> <p> </p> <p>I really like Sterkinekor, it's the only place I movie at but now I'd have to consider nu-metro because this was really a major major disappointment !!</p>
