STER KINEKOR -DONT BOOK ONLINE -VERY POOR SERVICE CLUELESS STAFF

I am horrified at the poor service !

I went to the cinema in Sandton last night and they turned me away saying my transaction is cancelled .

I booked on your website , payment went through , but the website said unable to process the transaction .

I called twice to your call centre and was given a ref number WKHWWHM- just give it the manager they said ?? the movie is booked and its fine to drive there. I have been charged and the money has come off my bank acc ( I have NOT been refunded) – see below . I arrived at the cinema and the shift manager mamathetwa couldn’t help me ? stood there from 8.30 (start of the movie ) till 8.55 pm !!!!!!! I paid a babysitter R150 and drove to the cinema – what a waste – I Expect to be compensated , and my refund given back to me
