Ster kinekor don't care about their customers

Why do I as a paying customer, willing to spend my money with you and not your competitor have to chase and follow up with you 5 times for response on a complaint. I sent my complaint (that was a small one and easy to deal with) to your email from your website and I keep getting a reply from Lynette saying that she is so sorry and has passed onto the relevant person. Perhaps that person doesn't exist! The last email I got from Lynette said she had passed on my complaint to the regional manager. Do you have one as I have not received a call or email from this so called regional manager. Perhaps I can apply for that position and get back to clients and provide client customer service. This small issue I have with your advertising has caused a huge bad taste in my mouth. I went to movies with my daughter 4 weeks ago and purchased a Big Hero snack pack special. The container for the coke, claimed to be 500ml's . I told the staff and manager at Cresta Ster kinekor that the container was not 500ml's and they are brushed me aside. I came home and measured the amount and it only holds 390ml. This is false advertising and all I want is a 500ml container that I paid for. <br> SHOCKING SERVICE!!
