Ster-Kinekor disaster

On Sunday, 23 July, I booked back to back movies - Oppenheimer & Barbie. Barbie started at 12:00 and Oppenheimer only ended at 12:40. I therefore missed Barbie (in the expensive Prestige). When I approached Kelebogile at Ster-Kinekor Cresta to ask if I could swop my ticket for a ticket on Saturday, 29 July, she told me I had to contact the online team during the week.

I logged a query on their website yesterday and also emailed them. Today they sent me an email to say the refund period expired.

They did not say how long the refund period is nor did they take into account that I did not ask for a refund, but a replacement ticket.

I am bitterly disappointed with the way they blew me off after years of loyal support.
