Ster Kinekor disappoints again

1. We purchased tickets and snacks for an afternoon movie after some Christmas shopping 2. We were denied to take in my PEP and Checkers bag which contained bedding, wine glasses and a sealed 1litre of yoghurt even if I stuffed said bags into my handbag 3. The usher said NO bags are allowed in the cineam and accused me of sneaking in snacks even though I showed him what was in the bag and showed him my cinema snacks 4. They said I must leave my bags outside (how secure ?) 5. The manager told me to follow her to the back office like a dog to get a piece of paper to write the customer care number on it. Then we had to walk back to the drinks counter to get a pen and write the number down. 6. We missed the beginning of the movie 7. People with kids under 2 were allowed into a movie - crying and disrupting the movie 8. The butter seasoning was rancid and we couldnt eat the popcorn.

What a miserable experience - no wonder cinemas are going out of business. The staff at bayside Mall are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude.

The manager called me F-ing rude - excuse me ?

The self help tills at the front desk do not allow you to send tickets to your whatsapp - more delays while they go to the office to look up your ticket and demand proof of the purchase you just made - really ??
