Ster-Kinekor Customer Service is appalling

Ok so I have two issues with ster kinekor since they "upgraded". Firstly, for some reason the system never remembers my password when I sign in so I have to reset password EVERY TIME. Secondly and this is what ****es me off excuse the french, I have mailed them because I want to somehow cancel my old Gold card, that I haven't used since sk club came out because with this new upgraded website, when you want to buy a ticket it automaticaly shows your card number when buyin tickets. which is pretty cool, but it shows the wrong one, it also show the wrong card when I want to check my points balance, so I mailed customer service to ask if they can do something about it, now that was probaly somewhere in November I think, all I receive back is a automatic reply with a reference number attached and when I mail to inquire on the status I don't even think the mail goes past their mimecast server.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Please bypass the website log in for now by just choosing your movie and cinema. Ignore the "Sign in" part, choose the movie and cinema, the time and number of seats. The website gives you card options for which to book. Then there is a grey space next to the number of tickets. Add the loyalty card number, then click on "add", and if you chose more seats and have another card number, please add that now, in the same space as before. Only one card number at a time can be inserted. Then it takes you to the cinema seating plan where you can choose the seats. After that you insert your name, email and contact details and credit card details. Please remember to click that you have read the T's and C's before completing the booking. I hope this helps.
