Ster-Kinekor Cresta is **********! Painful place that will spoil your evening
Ster - Kinekor Cresta is absolutely painful! This place is such a mess! There is no order and the staff are pathetic! Your self service system is not user friendly, freezes, and your staff assisting have major attitudes!!! We are paying premium prices for this nonsense. I went to watch a movie last night and a black lady with blonde hair was assisting with booking tickets - her attitude stinks!! It was as if we were troubling for doing her damn job! We needed help with booking the tickets and it she was terrible!
I had to wait in the snacks line for over 20 minutes just to pick up 3D glasses!! I came out of the cinema during the ads to get popcorn and 2 slush puppies (R90) and asked for a cardboard holder. Your disgusting staff told me I need to pay R12 for that! R12 more for cardboard!
You guys charge ludicrous prices and hire cheap *****s! I refuse to watch here ever again. Can't wait for your "We apologize for the inconvenience.." generic reply
