Ster-Kinekor Cresta dark and almost unwatchable

<p>We went to watch Dr. Strange at Ster-Kinekor Cresta. Due to it being 3D, we expected it to be slightly dark and not quite as bright as 2D movies. However, it was so dark that we could barely make out the faces of the actors.</p> <p>I went out to ask a staff member to have a look at it, but they never did anything. Later on my wife also tried to get a staff member to fix it, but they just told her that it is supposed to be that way.</p> <p>A couple of days ago my parents-in-law also went there and they watched an Afrikaans movie (so not in 3D). Their movie was also very dark and they couldn't even make out the faces of the actors.</p>
