Ster-Kinekor Creata terrible experience

My husband and I decided to go to movies at Cresta and we did not have a great experience first of all we have vitality but when we tried to use our vitality card to redeem our tickets it did not work On your Ster Kinekor App and ended up paying R300 and above for our tickets which made me upset, THEN while watching our movie Dr Strange in cinema 10 was the most terrible movie experience I have ever had the sound was terrible the speaker was not working on the left of the cinema and kept going off and on it’s ridiculous we pay a lot for the movies and to top it all off we could hear the movie from next door I am absolutely unhappy and angry I would like this matter rectified it’s ridiculous. I have emailed Ster-Kinekor and have had no response from them!!
