Ster-Kinekor Complaint

I am not one to complain, especially if I am trying to correct an error, but working with Sterkinekor is really frustrating. I have been a loyal to Sterkinekor for many years.<br> <br> I bought tickets to watch Fifty Shades of Grey in Prestige theatre in Sandton city. I unfortunately made a human error when buying the 11 tickets (worth ZAR1,210) by booking for the 9am show thinking its the evening show for the 13th of February, 2015.<br> <br> I unfortunately realised this on the day of the movie, and to try and resolve. The managers in Sandton City said they couldn't help because I bought the ticket online. I tried calling the following number *** to have the tickets rescheduled for any other day, but my calls were never answered.<br> <br> Using a different number I was finally able to talk to Ms. Luleka, who explained that her hands were tied and that her supervisor has stated that they can not help. I asked to talked to the supervisor, but was given the run around. I wrote emails to [Email Removed] to explain this, but no one has responded. I don't want a refund, just to be able to watch the movie on any other day. <br>
