STER KINEKOR CENTURION MALL *******!!

I took my kids to watch superman vs batman 28 March at 2.15pm show. We arrived at 2pm. We queued for 15min at the popcorn stand only to be told the card machine doesn't work when we got to the front of the queue - why couldn't they inform the people at the back? We managed to get some cash and had to wait another 10min because there was not enough popcorn and both the slushy machines were out of order. (Apart from the fact that most of their machines fall apart and the place is dirty) We missed 20min into the movie. We went to management after the movie and complained. She disappeared into an office never to be seen again!!! We wrote to Ster Kinekor on the 29th and they rep**** that they will get back to us. To date, no email, no phone call, nothing. This is a R500 movie outing which was supposed to be relaxing but instead it was frustrating and least to say disappointing!!! Absolutely disgusted with your service<br> DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER MANAGEMENT IN PLACE!!<br>
