Ster-Kinekor Cavendish Taking Your Money
My fiance & I went to watch Fifty Shades at Ster Kinekor Cavendish Prestige lounge on 14.02.2018 and we ordered 2x coffees, 1 popcorn, water and a cool drink. The bill was R169.99 and the actual total was R138.99 (calculated from their menu). Even though this is only R31 we are complaining about what will the bigger picture be if they take R31 from 10 clients or 1000 clients?
My fiance took it up with the person who served us and he said he will sort it out and bring us our change. By the time the movie was done he still didn't bring us our rightful change and he was no where to be found.
He emailed Ster Kinekor Cavendish 3 times without any response.
I don't think I'll ever go back there. Unless they make it up to us.
