Ster kinekor Cavendish: poor moments at the poorest (of services)

Tuesday evening my partner and I decided to be spontaneous and watch a movie at Ster-kinekor. The movie was great, the service was not. We picked a film twhich we didnt know much about and the cashier decided to count bags of money and fiddle around while the line grew and the start of the movie approached. In addition, after walking into the cinema and not being informed that it was a 3d movie and purchasing old popcorn, i had to leave my movie to run around and look for the manager and then explain my issue to her (this, as the movie continued without me in the cinema). Eventually we recieved our 3D glasses and was told that the popcorn needed to be tasted by the staff before they can approve whether it is old or not. i was already missing the movie so i decided to sit with my old worthless popcorn and tried to enjoy what was left of teh evening of sponteneity which was dulled by poor service. It is notable that previously, I had been given a poor recomendation about Cavendish movie's service and yesterday I realised it. For that price, it is ridiculous- if you are reading this- dont waste your money at this place.
