Ster-kinekor - Cavendish doesn't have movie cards to give clients to what's the use of 1/2 price Tuesdays when you cant even use the facility

Hi there - I had movie cards about two years ago & not cant seem to find them. Your head office said to me that I can go & pick up new cards at my nearest Ster-kinekor branch which happens to be Cavendish Square. Apparently your Cavendish Square branch don't have any movie cards to give your customers & haven't had for months now. I wanted to go to movies this evening with my son BUT cant now as your Cavendish branch doesn't have any cards to give to there clients. This is unacceptable that I as a client cant use my movie card when you don't have any to give your clients. The lady at your front desk said that don't know when they will be receiving cards again. What's the use of 1/2 price Tuesdays when you cant even use the facility. Please advise URGENTLY on my request for my movie cards.
