Ster-Kinekor - CARNIVAL CITY : Prestige

Ster - Kinekor Carnival City. We went to watch Wakanda at Prestige late yesterday and were not impressed with the lack of communication amongst the staff. If we wanted to watch the movie from the normal cinemas whereby you pay your +-R60, we would have, the main fact that we chose Prestige, we expected a service that goes with it. I'm afraid, Carnival City, you have lost clients. We think it's time you empower your staff how to service clients. We have been to Prestige at various locations and what we experienced yesterday for the late movie was way below our expectations.
