My daughter was forced to have her bag searched at the Blue Route cinema. She had personal items and medication for anxiety and when she refused, they wouldn't let her in. She asked for a refund and they refused. She eventually let them look inside her bag. Is this not *******? an invasion of privacy? The whole event was extremely traumatic for her and it ruined all of our evening.
