Ster-Kinekor Bayside Mall - Vouchers redeemed in error

Good Day

My wife and kids went to Ster-Kinekor Bayside Mall today, they wanted to redeem 2 vouchers that we had. They were helped by a guy named Neo, he then explained that the vouchers had been previously used on the 27 June 2023 to watch Spiderman 2. My wife then explained what happened on the 27th June, she and my 2 kids came to watch Spiderman 2, the movies was rung up and 2 vouchers redeemed and only then did the cashier ask about my youngest son's age, he was underage and we were refunded and still had the actual vouchers.

Back to today...Neo said he could still not assist them as the vouchers had been redeemed on the system. My wife and kids then left and went to a donut store, Neo then found them and said sarcastically that they forgot their "vouchers" even though he knew that they were useless. My wife then asked him to not patronise her and he turned around with the vouchers and walked away.

It would be much appreciated if this issue can addressed and remedied urgently.
