Ster Kinekor bad service

I am trying to get a SK Movie Card for my husband and I. I've phoned the customer service several times, but no answer. I went onto their Facebook page, they keep on saying they will come back to me. 2 weeks! I have send an email several times. Just no reply. We pay so much to watch a movie every time, but there are no service. We went to Irene Mall's Ster Kinekor. They said we must apply on line. I've tried this also several times, but every time is fails. This is really disappointing. Hopefully they will contact me now at ***.
