Ster-kinekor bad customer service

Went to see the Eternals at the carnival city cinema prestige and paid around R180 for the ticket. The movie was supposed to start at 19:15 but only started at 20:15 only for the wrong movie to start. There was no appology or explanation given. They did handout a voucher but everyone was pretty upset. Bad customer service.
