Ster-kinekor Bad Customer Handling!!!

I went to Sterland to watch a movie(Straight out of Compton) at 02/10/2015 at 20H30. I fell asleep while watching the movie to my shock when i woke up it was in the early hours of the morning around 03H30 in the morning at the time i woke up i went out i realised that i was locked inside the cinema building. I tried to get a hold of a security guard to try open for me but couldnt find anyone i finally found a door that led to the parking area and had to use the intercom by the gate where cars go out when paying for tickets...i got a hold of someone on the intercom who directed me to where the security booth might be as i found him sleeping, at first he didnt want to let me out as he blamed me for sleeping so we argued until he eventually opened for me thats when i found out the time and basically the security didnt want me close to the building as i thought i could stay by there till the sun is up so i could catch a taxi home as i reside in jhb.Ster-kinekor how do they lock up with out checking if all the ppl are out and then get blamed for sleeping which was not intentional and then throw me out like a hobo its unprofessional and disgusting that iv never bin in such a situation..
