Ster Kinekor bad attitude from Guest Eperience Manager

My son booked two tickets for a movie only to find that the tickets got cancelled. We call the call center and ask for the manager. The person who they get to call us first time round was not a manager. We then get a call from someone called Charles who says he is a manager and refuses to help us constantly puts the phone down us and accusing us of things that we did not do. We got told they can not fix it as then Ster Kinekor would go under. I mean really Ster Kinekor will go under over 2 Tickets
