Ster kinekor at Cresta Mall

<p>I must express my utmost disappointment in the service received yesterday at Ster Kinekor at Crest Mall. There is no order. Firstly I got to the front to collect my tickets that I booked and the lady who assisted us had no control over crowd or the queues. She attended to two people at the same time. She then asked if I wanted to order the snacks of which I did and took the combo option that included pizzas. We stood in the collection queue for 40 minutes, just to get to the front and have the assistant tell me that she still needs to order the pizzas. How do you offer an electronic ordering facility if the information is not going to feed through to the relevant people? To date I did not receive my pizzas I paid for. I doubt the lady at the serving desk even bothered to order the pizza. I paid for the full combo and received half of it. I would like a refund. I posted a message on Twitter, but received not response. There is a major service breakdown here and it must be attended to really fast. Let's see how long it takes for me get a response to this. I won't be going back there. </p>
