Ster-Kinekor is absolute trash. They are are *********** and unable to assist human-beings. They do not handle urgent queries with urgency at all. I have waited over 2 weeks for a refund of over R2000, owing to unnecessary additional charges from their forever broken website, and I keep having some representative tell me to wait a few days for the money to reflect when I call. I have tried to be patient but their lack of competency in fulfilling even the simplest task angers me.
