ster-kinekor is honestly *****’s , i asked for my fan club subscription to be cancelled on the 3rd July 2022 all i got was a reference number and no response after that bare in mind this was before the billing date and debit order that had to go off , i have been sending emails and no one has gotten back to me time for the debit order came AND THEY TOOK TWO PAYMENTS OF almost R300 which was not supposed to bd taken why ? because asked for the subscription to be cancelled before the time as well as they debit my account twice which was an error on their side , now agents on their social media is not wanting to give my money back which they owe me ! do you guys think this is fair
