Ster kinekor are ******s

I booked 5 fast and furious 10 tickets plus popcorn online. The payment came off my bank account on the 19th of may 2023 but I never got confirmation. I called them 6 times only to hear everytime that they will escalate this to the finance department and when I called back eventually they said that the payment failed and it would take 24 to 72 hours for the money to be reversed into my account. It's now the 25th of may 2023 and the money is still not in my account. I called again and heard the same thing. I asked for a managers call and was promised one, but no one got back to me. I cannot fathom this. Ster kinekor is such a big company but are *****ing money from people's bank account? This is the worst company to deal with over the phone and online. If any money gets declined, it bounces back into your account the same time. How is it that it takes ster kinekor 24 to 72 hours even more than that to refund you the money.
