Ster kinekor App registered a movie with Discover vitality as 'Watched' so I could not benefit from half price

I downloaded the ster-kinekor app for convenience. I booked a movie online and I selected the vitality membership because I'm on discovery. When I was paying online the process kept cancelling and I tried a few times with failure (all my details were correct as I am use to ordering online). I then decided to go to Musgrave (durban) ster kinekor to pay for the movie at the till, But to My surprise My vitality refused to pay for the movie at half price because the app had processed that I have 'watched the movie'. I tried to reset the ster kinekor app to remove the attempted book I made online, yet on vitality it still registered as a person who has watched the movie. So I ended up paying full price to see the movie because I had driven all the way. I am Not HAPPY.
