Ster kinekor app doesn’t work missing points no login
I can never log into my profile on the Ster kinekor app to view my points I have mailed Ster kinekor numerous times regarding this and no response
Every time I try to log in I can’t I try to put a new password and it never works
But when I check out booking movies online my information comes up
The app has never worked correctly I should have a excessive amount of points given how many movies I have booked through the app over the years but I fear I have none because of this no being able to log in problem
This is unacceptable Ster kinekor I watch on average 3 movies a month for the better part of 8 years you owe me huge amounts of points and I can’t see them to confirm or even use them
