Ster kinekor

<p>On the 13 june 2016 i emailed ster kinekor on a few things that i wasnt happy with.To my suprise i got a quick response the next day saying my email was forwarded to the revelant parties and i would be notified shortly.Well thats where the good news ended,because up until today nobody came back to me todays date being the 22 june 2016. So that tells me that ster kinekor is not interested in my problems and as long as i pay hundereds of rands every month who cares. I have gone to ster kinekor carnival mall on several occasions ,where nobody has bothered to check my tickets,espicially in the morning ,so i was wondering how many dont pay and watch on your account.Also ive sat in a movie where the cleaning lights were left on and i had to get up to please ask them to switch the lights 0ff.On another occasion they movie was showed late,once again i had to get up and ask them to start the movie.Then ive bought popcorn etc and there wasnt any holders to hold the popcorn or cooldrink,and your card machines dont work half the time,when i asked why there wasnt any signs up to notify the public that you were off line the response i got was,well the busy making the signs in the office,fair enough,but when my movie had finished the signs were still not up!! Your aircons in cine 4 and 7 have not been working properly for months so u freeze when you watch a movie.This might sound like petty things but i pay alot of money every week.Every single weekend my kids,of which i have 5 go watch a movie ,or myself and my wife .So im speding alot of money every week.I go to canival mall brakpan because its convient for me and for ster kinekor just to forget or not responding to my problems says alot.</p> <p>thanks</p> <p>paul </p>
