ster kinecor did not have any cold drink

I went to go and watch a movie at cine prestige last night and not one of the counters had any cold drinks and the manager did not want to do anything about that. I already paid for the drinks and only after that they told me that they are out of all types of cold drink. After that the manager still want to charge me for the paper cups.
