Ster Kine - The biggest and the worst movie house to book online!!!

The online booking website is problematic and not user friendly at all! I am a SK member and tried booking online this evening (Thu 20 Jun 2019). It refused to acknowledge my Cred Card for the 4 for 3 offer. I called cust serv - they were lost for words! One even told me each time I wish to use the 4 for 3 service I have to re-register my card and wait 24 hours. What BS!!! Finally they did a telephonic online booking - 5 tickets - 4 at 4 for 3, and 1 on Edgers club card. Then I had to wait for a email confirmation - received none - I called them back. They had mis-spelled my name!! Finally received an email - looks **********!!! Does NOT state number of tickets nor seat numbers! I am in KZN, booking for my kids in Pretoria. What happens if they pitch up at the movies tomorrow evening and the booking is incorrect?!? And who pays for over 40 mins on a call with them at cell rates?!? STER KINE - FOR WHATS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BIGGEST AND THE BEST MOVIE HOUSE - YOU GUYS SUC****
