Ster kenikor no show for service

So my husband and I decided to go and watch bad boys at N1 City on sunday 2 Feb 2020...it was our anniversary and we wanted end off our weekend away with a movie. I bought tickets online and when we got to the cinema we were told there is no showing due to load shedding...i cant understand why they dont have a generator nor why they allow us to buy the tickets even tho they had a schedule.

Anyway requested a refund and was told that because we bought it online we must wait for the reversal...48hrs...i had a similar experience at Liberty Promenade but they refunded us with cash.

The manager did not even try to compensate or anything for the inconvenience. I had to spend extra money and my money still hasnt been refunded.

I am so disappointed. With the service and the atitude. Definitely will not be going there again.
