Ster-Kenikor : Issue to get them to refund your OWN money !!!! Appalling Service

On the 10th November 2019 I went to go and watch a movie at Ster-Kenikor. There was an issue with the self-service machine where the transaction went through on my bank account but gave an error on issuing the tickets. I discussed my issue with the manager on shift. She advised that would have to purchase another set of tickets. If the first transaction did not reverse on my bank account then I would get a refund.

On the 21st November 2019 i submitted my details along side with proof that my account had indeed been debited twice. i requested a refund. I have sent three emails to date and have not even received a courtesy email stating that they are dealing.

It is appalling that i have to beg for MY MONEY BACK. Worst service i have ever received!!!
