Ster Kenekor useless online services

Me and my wife tried to book and movie through the Ster Kenekor website using our Ster Kenekor subscription but it constantly gave us errors. We went to the Ster Kenekor Brooklyn Mall branch to try and resolve this but they couldn't help us. We missed our movie because they took to long to assist us. We are trying to cancel the subscription but the customer service doesn't answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable.
