STALE POPCORN AT RIDICULOUS PRICES
<p>Last week I attended a movie along with my 3 nephews at Ster Kinekor gateway. We purchased a large popcorn each and cooldrink only to find during the movie that it was stale, at this point I returned to the cashier to report this however there was no manager to speak to and I had to return to the cinema as I didnt want to miss the movie as well. As can be seen by my vitality card I am a weekly movie person. I just find it quite pathetic that we are asked to R280 for stale popcorn and cooldrink. It made my entire experience at the cinema bad as I am someone that only enjoys a movie with my popcorn. Please do something about this as you guys arent cheap and I dont think it was fare on us as customers to accept such poor quality when we are asked to pay the full price, cos I wouldnt have eaten that popcorn if it was for free!</p>
