Staff just dont care

My family and 2 friends when to movies on Saturday night. When we tried to book our tickets there was a long queue so I tried to book on the system. The system wouldn't allow me to choose my own seats. Eventually someone came to assist and we managed to get out tickets. We then headed for the snack queue, out of 7 lines, there was only ONE that accepted cards. After waiting for more than 30 minutes and still not being helped my husband went to look for the manager. She came to see what was going on and informed us there was nothing she could do until Monday morning. We were eventually helped and when we paid, the gentleman behind the counter told us we didn't have to sign as he didn't have paper in his machine. I insisted on a receipt, which he then printed. They were running out of popcorn, had NO slush and starting running out of coke and sweets. I get sent the survey and rate the cinema very low, but have never been contacted. We sent R950.00 at the cinema on Saturday night and feel very let down by the service we received.
