Staff at forest hill are totally *********** and unhelpful unacceptable service

The staff refused to help with an issue regarding the wrong name on a club card when swiped. Gave excuses. When asked for the manager the guy rep**** he was the manager. So rudely cannot help “not his fault” . Totally useless staff. Paid to stand and watch cannot help resolve problems!
