Speedy resolution

After an initial service issue at one of the cinema complexes, which was poorly dealt with by the Manager I complained to Head Office. The CEO ensured that the matter was dealt with speedily. Hats off to the Marketing Manager who despite being on leave resolved the issue. Excellent service!!! Thank you Lynne!! We all know problems do arise, you cannot ask for more from a Company than to deal with issues at hand speedily!!!
