Southgate Ster-Kinekor

So yesterday I booked to watch Black Panther at Southgate 5pm made the booking online and reserved seats for 3 people Row C : seats 8,9 and 10 arrived at the cinema a lil late had to wait on their long queue and finally I was done at around 5:15pm I went to the cinema only to find people on our reserved seats which I booked a day prior went to the staff for assistance but I was told you seat wherever you want had to settle for the front row and bend our necks what was the whole purpose of booking. I was very upset and never again going to Southgate Ster-Kinekor worst experience ever we had to look for seats ourselves and the movie had already started mind you I was with helpless 12 year olds and they just left me there you won't find such service at other cinemas I am greatly disappointed and dissatisfied very poor service.
