Some one needs to run the place properly

What a waste of going to watch the new Batman vs Superman movie, the movie was 3d and had such bad graphics and poor quality. I watched a movie there last month and same experience, was the Robert de Niro movie... In my opinion the is a lack of customer satisfaction. Maybe the equipment needs upgrading thats is why there isnt a clear enough picture
