So So dissapointed
I took my god daughter to your Festival mall branch last week to watch Jumanji. There was a problem with the issueing of the tickets and they had to reprint it for me. Then the gent who served us tried to sell me something I did not want and I missed the previews. On entering the cinema it was very dark and we could not even see our set numbers. We finally find them with the help of my cell phone and guess what...... there were no cup holders. I spilled half my drink. Lost my balance and spilled my popcorn too. My companion spilled her whole drink. After the movie I went to speak to an attendant and the don't care attitude was more than I could take.
It is unacceptable to pay over 300 rand for an outing and it is not on Standard. Please investigate .
