So much for Free BDay Movie Ticket {ITS A LIE}

Really upset. Went to the Ster-Kinekor in Carnival City Brakpan.

Firstly tried to redeem n ticket for my BDay and then the system went offline. We went to go and have lunch and later I came back and was the same thing.

I got assistance along the line from a guy whom called another to assist as I wanted to redeem a free movie ticket from my card for Maze runner on the 5th as its my Bday then and then another for my wife which what I would've paid for.

Just to add on the above I have had my SterKinekor card for +/- 8 years and never claimed a single thing on it. The first time I tried and I have difficulties and nothing but trouble.

Not sure whom the guys were whom helped me as your staff do not wear any name tags and the one guy told me his name is lindohlile if he didn't lie to me.

This guy told me the free ticket doesnt qualify for 3D movies and I told him I do not aggree as the terms say as follows: "8.1.4.8 a free birthday movie ticket valid on your birthday upon presentation if your ID or autamatically when booking via the SST - ONLY for titles a week after release;"

Technically of which all the above I followed and was refused assistance on. Thank you soo much for closing the door on my face for something as per your terms I qualify for and ruining my plas for the 5th on my Birthday.
