SLUSH PUPPY DELAY AND RUDE TELLER

We got in the line to order our snacks early before fast and the furios7 started, the teller told us to go see the movie and come back for the slush puppies as they were finished, unorganized. When we got back to a new teller while the movie was on she insisted with a really really bad attitude, tone of voice and look on her face that we stand in the line of 6 people before we get our slush puppies! We love watching movies but this episode makes you not want to ever go back there. This woman acted as if she owned the cinema and could do whatever she pleased. Give this girl customer service training because she's giving sterkinikor a very bad name, we did not ask her to work overtime so she should not take her frustrations out on customers. It still bothers me. Sterkinikor Mall@Carnival needs to sort out their employees and give them proper customer training. Another teller had to assist us after we made a scene. This is really uncalled for when you plan on having a relaxing night out with your family. They are always full of attitude and out of stock. PS. I will go back there to get her name and report back because I remember that miserable face and untidy hair do.
