Slow, disorganised & pathetic serevice

<p>We had a similar experience at Cedar Square with almost non existant service at the food counter. It took 15 minutes to attend to 5 people ahead of us and there where 10 people behind us, they would not make the start of the movie. Initially there where 2 attendant, then despite the slow progress one dissapeared, came back after 5 minutes. Then another attendandant arrived and they started falling over each other looking for more popcorn tubs and drinks containers.They ran out of popcorn twice and everytime there was a wait to get more. Totally disorganised and quite pathetic. The mood in the queue was not good. What was going on in front of our eyes was hard to believe.</p>
