Sker Kinekor - very disappointing service

Hi I went to ster kinekor Eastgate to book a movie ticket and the guy put the wrong movie and wrong time. They wouldn't help me correct it after they were the ones to make the mistake. Please note that I battle with computers as my hands dont work property so I needed help very disappointed
